How do we get started?
We start with a free online conversation or a visit to your premises. Together, we review your workflows, objectives and opportunities for automation.
What happens after the first consultation?
You receive a clear assessment of the opportunities and a proposal for the next steps: a target state, priorities, project phases and a sensible starting point.
Do existing systems need to be replaced?
Usually not. We assess which systems, databases and tools can be retained and connected through interfaces. We only replace what genuinely slows work down.
